Your Agent

Scheduled Tasks

Your agent can run tasks on any schedule, even when you are not in the app. Set it up once in conversation and it handles the rest.

Creating a task

The simplest way to create a scheduled task is to describe it to your agent in natural language. You do not need to open a separate interface or fill out a form.

Examples
"Send me a summary of unread emails every morning at 8am"
"Check my calendar every Sunday evening and brief me on the week ahead"
"Remind me to follow up with the team every Friday afternoon"
"Summarize news about my industry every weekday at 7am"

How tasks run

Tasks run in the background using the skills you have enabled. When a task completes, the result appears in your conversation history as a message from your agent. If you have notifications enabled, you will be alerted when a task finishes.

Managing tasks

You can view all scheduled tasks from the Tasks section in Settings. From there you can pause, edit, or delete any task. You can also manage tasks conversationally: "Pause the morning email summary" or "Change the weekly brief to Saturday evening."

What tasks can do

Tasks have access to all the skills you have enabled. A task can read email, search the web, check your calendar, write to a notes file, and send you a summary in a single run. The scope of a task is limited only by the skills available to your agent.
